Terms of Use
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Legal AI Software-as-a-Service platform ("Platform") operated by Legal AI Coding Private Limited, an Indian company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
2. Nature of Service
AdvocatePro provides AI-assisted legal drafting, litigation intelligence, document analysis, and strategic assessment tools.
All outputs are AI-assisted and require independent verification by a licensed advocate before filing, execution, or reliance.
3. Eligibility
To access AdvocatePro, you must represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Are a licensed legal professional or authorised representative of a law firm or organisation.
- Will use the Platform in strict compliance with the Advocates Act, 1961 and other applicable Indian laws.
- Will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. User Responsibilities
Independently verify all AI outputs.
Maintain account confidentiality.
Use the Platform ethically.
Upload unlawful or fraudulent content.
Misrepresent AI as certified advice.
Resell access without authorisation.
5. AI Limitations Disclaimer
The Platform utilises Large Language Models (LLMs) and heuristic algorithms that:
- May generate outputs that are incomplete, factually incorrect, or based on outdated legal precedents.
- Should never be used for court filing without review by a qualified human advocate.
- Do not account for specific local court practices or judicial preferences.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform architecture, proprietary algorithms, workflow systems, branding, and design are owned exclusively by Legal AI Coding Private Limited.
User Ownership: You retain full ownership of the original documents you upload. You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and reproduce AI-generated outputs for your professional legal practice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for court rejections, procedural defects, professional negligence, or any damages arising from reliance on unverified AI content.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the User in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
