Institutional Agreement
1. Scope of Institutional Licence
Legal AI Coding Private Limited ("Company") grants the subscribing legal institution or law firm ("The Firm") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and highly-secure licence to access the Platform for multi-user, internal professional drafting and intelligence operations.
This agreement overrides standard Terms of Use where specific enterprise clauses are active, ensuring institutional-grade data sovereignty and priority support.

Enterprise clients may opt for the "Institutional Private Mode", which includes:
- Isolated Sandbox Environment: Logical isolation of data within dedicated cloud infrastructure.
- Ephemeral Processing: Optional "No-Retention" modes where data is wiped immediately after the drafting session concludes.
- BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): Support for custom encryption keys managed by the Firm's IT department.
4. Professional Responsibility
The Firm acknowledges that AdvocatePro is a sophisticated technology assistant and does not substitute the professional judgement of a human advocate.
Mandatory Review: The Firm is responsible for ensuring that all documents generated or analysed by the Platform are reviewed by a licensed advocate before being served, filed, or finalised.

For institutions on the Enterprise Tier, we commit to:

The Company provides institutional-grade indemnification against third-party intellectual property claims. Liability for all other claims is capped at six (6) months of the total service fees paid by the Firm.
